Mark Schultz has extensive leadership experience in the military, government, and private sectors. He has a strong background in operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.

He held leadership positions in multiple industries, including military aerospace, consumer building products, LED lighting, action sports, 3rd Party Logistics and Tribal. His expertise has been honed through years of experience, and he has a unique blend of hands-on knowledge and best practices that span across these diverse sectors.

Engagement Highlights

Early in his career, Mark was in the Marine Corps and achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel with highlights including commanding an Aviation Logistics Squadron and serving as a Marine Aircraft Wing Inspector General. Later, Mark was the chief operating officer for two companies including manufacturers and distributors of custom building products and LED bicycle lights. Mark was most recently the chief operating officer for the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians reporting to the Tribal Council and responsible for the tribal government strategic direction and operations.

Mark’s experience includes turning around operations for companies and organizations that were struggling, as well as optimizing the operations of those that were doing well. He brings discipline and structure to help companies achieve efficiency and effectiveness. Mark assists companies in capitalizing on their strengths and improvising, adapting, and overcoming their challenges.

Mark received an M.B.A. from California State University, Fullerton, CA., an M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from The Naval War College, Newport, RI, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Drew University, Madison, NJ.
